Me Selena Lu is a commercial lawyer at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon. Her practice consists of advising small- and medium-size businesses in connection with their business law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, partnerships, joint ventures and standards agreements, such as leases, distribution agreements, and financing contracts. Since July 2018, she is the President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal. Also, she is currently a member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, Collège des administrateurs de sociétés and the National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec.
