Ms. Jocelyn Kao
President, KDR International Inc. & Diamond Diamond Real Estate Inc.

In 1994, Ms. Kao founded Diamond Diamond Real Estate INC. with her husband Phillip Lee. She developed a real estate company composed of four professional teams (Sales team, Management team, Finance team and Legal Partners team).

In 2013, Ms. Kao founded KDR International Inc., a company promoting Quebec enterprises to Asia, other regions of North America and Europe.

In 2018, Ms.Kao founded MIBIEXPO (Montreal International Business and Investment Exposition), a unique one-stop platform showcasing Quebec’s opportunities (Business Investment, Tourism, Education, Immigration and Real Estate) to the world.
